Well my sisters roomate has a laptop with all that. I saw it for about 530 at our walmart. im not sure what kind it is, but the keyboard is silver/grey-ish and the scroll pad thingy has an orange line on the right side and bottom.

So maybe try getting on walmart.com hahaha

You dont buy a laptop for under $750. Thats a no-no.

To the OP: Dell and HP both have decent budget PCs. If it has Vista Home Premium, its probably fine (avoid Home Basic).

Well, if you think you're up for it, you could try building your own computer. That's generally cheaper than buying a premade computer with the same specs.

If you feel you're not that tech savvy, look at something from HP, Dell, Acer, etc. They usually have decent computers, for fairly low prices.

Check out there websites:

Acer: http://acer.com/
Dell: http://www.dell.com

I suggest acer. For 450 dollars you an get an acer tower comptuer with 4GB Ram, 320GB hard drive, Intel core 2 duo processor and vista ultimate. It also has 9 usb ports, but the on-board graphics are bad. So as long as you are not a gamer, this is for you!
