Well, if you think you're up for it, you could try building your own computer. That's generally cheaper than buying a premade computer with the same specs. If you feel you're not that tech savvy, look at something from HP, Dell, Acer, etc. They usually have decent computers, for fairly low prices. Check out there websites: HP: http://www.hp.com/

Well my sisters roomate has a laptop with all that. I saw it for about 530 at our walmart. im not sure what kind it is, but the keyboard is silver/grey-ish and the scroll pad thingy has an orange line on the right side and bottom.
