every picture i see of myself  i go "look at that prick he's such a phonie! he really hates himself!" i don't know why i hate myself so much, but do i really need to KNOW? it's like learning a new language. i've always been hard on myself with everything BUT things that really matter, like grades, or friends.  Im not going back to the hospital, but i am getting really worn out at how everyone seems to not hate themselves as much as i do. serioiusly im the same pussy i was 10 years ago, except i have more hair. please im serious, what can i do? i can't keep FAKING it.

im ashamed that i can't control my anger or most emotions. i hate myself that i think so black and white that everyone rocks or sucks.  i hate that people don't understand, i hate that i'm 19 and i haven't done anthing, i hate that i have man boobs even though i always work out, i hate that no matter how hard i FAKE it, i never seem to feel confident. i hate that people hurt my feelings so easily, i hate that im just not strong enough to live in this world.
