Are you saying Ash doesn't need suspension?

Any of my accounts that he voted for need to be reinstated because he was not a mod and therefor the accounts were banned without full mod apporval.

I'm pretty sure Da Bears was banned by iwashere85, furry pcpanther, and someone else but i don't know who

none of them had a right to ban me and especially just for telling someone about the other forum i go to, it was only sent to one person and not by any means advertising

Unfortunately for you, LiveWire does not have the Exclusionary Rule.  Even if Ash was not the acting moderator, the actions were still confirmed by another mod, and accepted by everyone who seen it in the admo/possibly voted.
