We're drilling too much oil.. which could make it run out pretty quickly.
It's decreasing animal population, especially in places like Alaska because they're drilling there / near there I'm pretty sure. And global warming, of course; burning fossil fuels is melting the polar ice caps and killing off a large percent of animals that live in cold climate..
Humans are rapidly using up the most important resources in general.
Cloning. We clone so much, that we end up cloning an extinct animal that brings back a virus that KILLS US ALLL!
