"For your research paper, choose a current environmental or political issue which exists today (either local, national, or global problem) which you think could possibly lead to a future apocalypse and persuade the reader this is a problem."

Any ideas of what I could write the paper on? I would like something that will have a lot of information and research to back it up.
If you have links it would be much appreciated.

Points will be given to the person, if there are any, that gives the best idea with the best link(s).

The oil issue dude.

If all the oil in the world runs out we WILL all die. We rely to fully on it right now to survive without it.

We're drilling too much oil.. which could make it run out pretty quickly.

It's decreasing animal population, especially in places like Alaska because they're drilling there / near there I'm pretty sure.  And global warming, of course; burning fossil fuels is melting the polar ice caps and killing off a large percent of animals that live in cold climate..

Humans are rapidly using up the most important resources in general.

*;Ƒ-How much shock trama can a patient stand?
Different instructors answer in different ways
but cut to its base level the answer is always another question:
How badly does the patient want to survive?
