I almost bought a used IX MR when I was car shopping but why pay 30k for a 3 year old car when I can get a brand new MS3 for 23k OTD with a better interior and the same straight line speed?

Its not at *top speed*. You lose hp/tq across the entire RPM range.

Because if you remember, these are street cars so when you drive on the street, handling and acceleration are all that matters in performance.

Still I would take a G8 and whoop both with more comfort and size then both as well.
