I went to BK today to order something for my Sister. I was waiting in line, and when I got my food, the lady was acting really rude towards everyone in line, including me. I was like, "Hey, can I please have some ketchup?" And she went, "No, we ran out. Good bye." My Mom called the complaint service later on(I tried to tell her not to, I don't think those things really work), but she did it anyway.

What concerns me is I thought it was BK and we have it OUR way. Well guess what?
