I know it's an issue for girls to wear their panties for to long but what about guys. I mean what can it do even if a guy wore them for a week or more.

Well, if they don't clean themselves properly, then it can really really stink. get itchy and uncomfortable, so on so fourth. Mainly it's the sweat. That area can't actually breath all that much, so it's kind of important to change your underwear.

Guys , like girls, also excrete - small amounts of seminal fluid, and a drop or two of urine after peeing. As well I suspect a fungal infection, often called jock itch, would occur.
