Sounds mostly General American. You cut most of your syllables too short (so it sounds choppy), and your stress is wrong throughout. As an example of some stress/pronunciation mistakes (ignore the spelling, it's just to show pronunciation, and the ^ shows the stressed syllable):
Sov-rin-ty, not soverêignty. Pôtentate, not potêntate. "ând that," not "and thât." Rezervation, not resservation. "where-uv," not "whereoff."
Just a year or two ago I watched my Aunt swearing that oath for her citizenship.
