Okay, not the best picture I know but this is what my hair looked like when I last got it cut, its a bit longer now so I'm getting it cut again. I was wondering what you think I should do with it. I'd like to keep my fringe :) and I'm not going boy short, but apart from that I was wondering what sort of hairstyles you think would suit me.

I have a few layers, but my hair tends to flick out at the ends which makes them a bit annoying...
