i'm so shy that i don't like to go outside alone
unless some 1 is with me.i also get shy when i am around cute guys
and when people stare at me. 0-O or when i talk on the phone i go blank and don't know that to say .
sometimes my dad gets mad at me when i don't ask for somethings at stores
but i try to do my best not to be shy but  fear takes over me and i feel really bad i really hate being SHY!

MY tip:
okay when i get shy i try to think about something funny and that helps sometimes lol

The only time I get shy is while talking, actions not so much. I'll dance on a stage at a club b4 I give a speech.

alcohol, is the only that makes me talk easier, or if I've known u for a really long time...

I get shy a lot...like:
-when i have to get up and speak in front of my class.
-around guys
-around people i do not know
-while wearing shorts/skirts/etc. --I get very self-conscious of my body.


My tip is start singing a song or reciting the lyrics in your mind..a song that gets you all hyper and happy. Think about it the whole day, and it might be able to get you to loosen up.

i can go outside alone. i used to not be able to if the neighbors were outside. i couldn't even go for a walk. no i walk across town and back with no problem and dont care what anyone thinks. i think i just outgrew it. i kept telling myself no one cares. no ones judging u. the ppl that get judged are the slow old ppl crossing the street and the mental retards. even ppl in wheelchairs just get stares. u gotta just keep telling urself this. i have a problem with guys too. im getting better though. it just depends on how much i trust them. just tell urself that no ones judging u. and obviously if a guy is talking to u he doesn't have anything against u.
