only somebody who thinks they know everything would say something like that. as far as loud goes, i dont think saying that a whole race is louder than another is a right. i know there are the stereotypical black chinks who use all the lingo they see stereotypical black chicks on tv use but that is only a small fraction of people who actually do that. the only thing i can actually say is true about almost all the black people that i know is that they are alot friendlier and welcoming towards strangers than what alot of people i know who aren't black are.
