It was obviously rogue democrats that stopped the bill. You can't blame republicans for voting with their party.

Who cares who caused it fail though? Let's all just sit back and be happy that it did.

If only you had the slightest clue what you were talking about. It was rogue Republicans who did not vote with their party and refused to follow the repeated requests of the Republican President to support the bill, that led to it's demise. Why I bother to explain this to you is lost on me, as you obviously are totally clueless as to the whole situation.

.

A lot more republicans voted with their party than democrats. Once again. Why the fuck does it matter? We should all just be happy it failed.

It was people from both parties. Stop trying to simply everything into being the responsibility of some magical monolithic partisan voting bloc, you shitbrains.

Republicans are stubborn. They aren't open to stuff. I say Obama will be like Roosevelt.

lol. Talk about complete idiocy.

Obama has proven nothing to the country besides that he can talk. We will NEVER again have another FDR. If you think for a second that Obama or McCain is going to drag us out of this crisis then you are sadly mistaken. A lot of things contributed the economy getting back on its feet, World War II. Don't go counting on World War III to save us.

Quit blaming Republicans. This has NOTHING to do with parties. Republicans and Democrats alike are for and against the bill. Bush, McCain and Obama are all for it. Bush and McCain are Republican. 40% of Democrats in the House of Reps voted against the bill. This all comes down to the individuals, not the parties.
