It was obviously rogue democrats that stopped the bill. You can't blame republicans for voting with their party.

If only you had the slightest clue what you were talking about. It was rogue Republicans who did not vote with their party and refused to follow the repeated requests of the Republican President to support the bill, that led to it's demise. Why I bother to explain this to you is lost on me, as you obviously are totally clueless as to the whole situation.
