so its nearing the halfway point of my first semester and it turns out my girlfriend which i met the first day of school and went on our first date the next day has a boyfriend.

ya i know, for some strange reason im the "other guy" which would be flattering if it was not for the fact that she essentially cheated on both of us.

What a bitch. I hate girls like that. It's a good thing you broke up with her, and don't feel bad because she's crying. She shouldn't have done what she did, and hopefully her boyfriend will do something about it. I'm sure you will find a better girl than her, one who will treat you right. It might take a while, but I promise you'll find a good one.
