Another fascinating bit is that one of their most brutal members, well, actually a person who started it all, was a woman. A woman! Ulrike Meinhof...Journalist and terrorist. I'm amazed by that. Isn't there a reason for why women are meant to be the gentle sex?

I've also read that some of the members, one example being Mahler, turned into a neo-Nazi or National Socialist after being a part of the Red Army Faction.

I've also read that they were the successors to the Baader-Meinhof Gang, which originated in the student protest movement in the 1960s.

If he did do that...he was a complete idiot, because the RAF stand for the exact opposite extreme.
