Well what are you suggesting you do about it? There are some really incredible books out there that deal with recovery from eating disorders, they have loads of techniques that make you feel a bit better. Also it might be an idea to change to another therapist.
But you might not feel like it's helping but really it's probably doing a lot more than you think, hopfully you will start feeling better soon.
