I knit. It's a great hobby to have, it's relaxing and fun, and useful. Start off by getting a knitting book, of going to a knitting store and taking a lesson. I've knitted a bunch of scarves, a couple of hats, some leg warmers, a baby doll blanket, some bookmarks, and some other stuff. Nothing too complicated.
My 5th grade class, I remember, was obsessed with knitting, even the boys. We all would sit at "read-a-loud" period and knit and listen to the story.
