Yes.....when I was about 9 or 10 since then no.  The only reason I would miss a meal now is if I'm lazy and can't be bothered or I'm traveling or have no money.

yes i have and if you are a girl its really bad for you. i should know. because I've skipped meals and didn't eat enough, my period got out of hand. i had my period for almost a year.everyday. i would drink lemon juice to stop the flow. when my mom finally took me to the doctor, i was diagnosed with anemia.very close to leukemia  now i have to take 2 iron pills a day.i've learned my lesson

of course.

but i think that people as a species eat way too much. every other living thing on the planet eats for survival, not for pleasure and gluttony like we do.
it's not a BAD thing if you don't get 3 square meals and a couple snacks a day. we have fat reserves for that purpose.
