i have a problem taking them seriously. i grew up thinking that playing sports makes you uber serious and mean, now i know thats not true but i definitely don't want to be the next lance armstrong like i used to. something where you don't have to focus but maybe HELPS you focus? (don't say guitar hero or virtual sports)
