Have you stopped to think that maybe she doesn't care if you're sleeping with him? Besides, I don't think they can kick you out on the premise of you sleeping with another girl's ex.

They can make you miserable enough that you won't want to be in the sorority, but actual ability to be in a sorority is based on I think community service hours and grades, not whether some girls like you or not.
