I believe Adobe makes a GUI software for making Flash movies. Expect to either find a patch for it, or spend a shit load of money.

if u want to develop games u need to choose a programing lang i would recommend C# or Java the newest langs and they have a lot of option... and bout flash you need to download a flash editor and you can make for C# i would recommend Visual C# Express from Microsoft.com and for Java NetBeans(dont got a link)
