We're leaving a weak and vulnerable country to fend for itself? I can't call myself an American now out of the shame that my country walked pass the little kid at the playground and did nothing to protect it from the bully...

This is going to ruin our relationship with foreign countries because now they know they can't count on us to lend a helping hand to them.

This is what most of America wanted, mostly because their retarded and "WAR IS BAD NO MATTER WHAT" even if that no matter what means saving lives in the long run. OH well congrats to all the people who shouted for the troops to come home when they didn't think their job was done yet. We'll be back in 20 years. (assuming were still a superpower)

And we had a deadline to be out of Iraq by 2011 a year ago anyway

Do me a favor and watch some videos about how Iraq was before we invaded before you start calling it a "weak" and "vulnerable" country.

It's weak and vulnerable because we made it so. He is not saying that we should withdraw our support, but that we should cease all military effort to apply our ideal to their society. He is all about diplomacy with this issue.

Now Obama is going to be tested.

Some country like Russia will probably attack a small country. The country will need our help. What will we do America? nothing. What would we have done years ago? We would have stood up to Russia. We would have helped out that country.

All america cares about is ourselves. When they realize how weak we are they will just take over other countries, and we will just leave them alone because all we care about is us.

What happens when all that is left is the USA? Because they will come after us eventually.
