so my mom is seemingly, taking this election, a little on the racist side. shes not recist, maybe sometimes, bc shes wasnt born in america, and has been living here for only 20 years, but the things she says get me mad. Im not for Obama, but its not bc im racist, and i know my moms not for him bc shes racits either, but as her defense, shes making sort of racist and mean remarks. its just getting me mad. i dont know how to cope with it, bc if i say something, she'll probably get madd.

So you were born, and that was a good day
Someday you'll die, and that is a shame
But somewhere in the between was a life of which we all dream
And nothing and no one will ever take that away

Just let it go and let her opinion be. I'm sure a thousand other people have mean reasons not to vote for the other person as well. Imagine all the white supremesist.

The way I see it if someone doesn't vote for obama because he's black they're racist
If someone votes for Obamam BECAUSE he is black they're just as bad
To achieve true racial toleration is to not factor in color of the skin at all. It's silly and medieval and humanity should beyond that. Just because Obama has more pigment in his skin than McCain doesn't mean he's better or worse than him, it just means his teeth look whiter and he doesn't have to pay for a tan

Well, many people are voting for Obama or McCain because of their race NOT because they're racist - but because they think the rest of Americans are.
