You work your 8 hour shifts. But they do not let you smoke on your 15 minute breaks. If you want to smoke, you gotta be on lunch or clock out for 15 min then make up the time later....???? Is that even legal

If they're paid breaks they can tell you to do cartwheels and handstands. While you're on company time, they make the rules. That can include not smoking.
