I take an aerboics class and since school started Augusst 25 I've lost 10 lbs.
It isn't much, but I'm not that much overweight to begin with. I only need to lose 20 more lbs. And, outisde of that hour and a half, I really don't exercise or eat healthy, so it's surprising I've lost any at all.

I am not pro eating disorder but I am surprised people aren't giving big numbers on here. I thought you all would of lost a lot and fast (all that have anorexia/bulimia/strict dieters)

I did lose a fairly large amount (to me anyways) in a couple of months. I didn't have to fast or become anorexic or bulimic....

since the summer about 20-22lbs, i was 118 now i'm 98

i've lost maybe 30 lbs from my highest weight, but i haven't weight that in ages.
