But, in the USA, he is LABELED as a Black.
Is that genetically proper? No, but a lot of Americans are still in the skin color fantasy.

I specifically said that it doesn't biologically exist and that is all that matters. What the masses believe has no bearing on right or wrong. Fact doesn't necessitate popularity.
