thing is i really wanna tell my mum about my e.d and i wanna tell my friends...
but i never talk to my friends about anything that bothers me... :(
and well i hardly speak to my mum we aint like so close...

i really want to get better...
ive tried my self but i fail..
i just dont know what to do anymore...
i dont know who to tell

i cant go the doctors cause im scared to go alone... =(
and no friend will come with me.
cause they dont know
(apart from one friend who i hardly everrrrrrrr see)
(well since 2 yr ago!!)

so yeah i need some serious advice please? cause im actually in tears cause im so scared...

they only thing you can do is tell someone that you're really close to and go to a doctor. it's the only way you will get better.. whether by yourself or with a close loved one.

Hey there, eating disorders are hard to deal with, but your family and friends do care about you. It's a scary thing to deal with. You need to talk to your friends about this, and if they don't care, then they aren't real friends. You could also talk to a family member you trust the most, or a guidance counselor. Any of those people could help you through this and encourage you to stop under eating. Please don't starve yourself, I went through this as well, and it doesn't do any good.

eating disorders can evolve into real issues you need to see a doctor even if it is by yourself.

hey. i think that u should tell your friends because if they are your friends they will help you and you should also tell your mom. i think that once you are comfortable with telling your friends that kind of stuff you should go to see a doctor. dont be scared of telling someone or asking for help because true friends will always help you no matter what and they wont judge.

Just tell a couple of friends, and if they are true friends then they will do everything they can to help you through this, that includes taking you to the Dr's. Its good that you want help, accepting you have a problem is the first step.

Why do you feel you can't tell your mum? or friends?
They may not fully understand, but they will support you through this, and that's what you need right now.

Well if you don't trust your friends then you shouldn't tell them, and you shouldn't confide anything in them, either.
Do you have a school guidance counselor? I know it's hard, but she/he will take it seriously and keep it confidential and give you great advice and support. She/he will not judge you.
It is important for you to get help.

My friends get really pissy when I make negative comments about how I look... but when I came out and told them that I had a serious problem even the most arrogant self-absorbed friends of mine seemed genuinely concerned. I really don't know where I'd be without my best friend to talk sense into me.

Obviously you'll get a few arseholes that will accuse you of all sorts, you just need to rise above that and focus on solving the problem in hand.

And I'm sure your mum would like to know whats going on with you, she may even already suspect a problem, if you aren't that close you've got nothing to loose by telling her.
