I've gotten into the habit of constantly putting my brother down. everything he does i bitch to him about and constantly insinuate that he's stupid and that he always messes up. has anyone else got into a habit like that?

i used to but i stopped cuz if you do it for a long period of time they will begin to believe they are no good and i didnt want my brother to think bad of himself.
