in America for non-American citizens. I'm too lazy to Google. So I hope someone knows and can explain it to me -
My very first paycheck for this job was just $26, but apparently I get $0 of it because of taxes. The payroll lady told me "They add $100+ to your wage just to pay taxes with and it works out to be 0. This is on top of your normal taxes". What does this mean?
I would have asked her to clarify but she was having too much fun munching chips and snorting through her nose on Facebook.
