How do I move when I Astral Project? |

Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't move. At all. Then When i relax I can move, but, I see myself still sleeping. Also, I lose consciousness after I get up after being able to move, then (this is first for this one part)
I come into Consciousness In my city(New York) But Im at a Bay like area witha long dock....I know its a real place(Been there to boat)
but i dont have real control of where im going, and i float and hit the tarp on a boat, the boat floats off a little and the tarp covers alot of the water back to the bay.
So Im disoriented, thinking, I have to get off.. So I finaly wobble myself onto the tarp and realize that theres water underneath  What is going on?!
I started to sink a little, but I climbed back onto the Dock, the water splashed me, but i didnt get wet....(WTF) I think Im astral projecting...but I cant control myself when I do...the only time I did control it is when A friend Astral Projected and helped me to Times Square....Also..Noone can see me..only those who have astral projected too. -_- This is starting to get scary

Wrong place to ask. I doubt anyone on here knows what you are talking about, much less help you. I am familiar with astral projection but I have not achieved it myself
