Depends on how long you have been together, I think. Some guy just came up to you and told you that he wanted to sleep with you? As long as you weren't flirting with him and told him straight out no u have a bf, then i wouldnt worry your bf. I think it would just make him uncomfortable with you around other guys. As long as you handled the situation honestly and throughly, then I think you dont have to tell him.
