Man this always feels weird when it happens. Ok I was having a dream that was like super realistic and when i woke up from it it freaked me out because I relized I was just asleep. The feeling is like whoa I could have slept forever and never even known I was asleep.

But ya this has happened to me for the last few nights. i think the reason is because I have been listening to these recordings that are supposed to help you have a out of body experience. i think that even though I have don't think I have had one yet it is affecting how deeply I am dreaming.

I know a little about out of body experiences.....haven't accomplished one yet, cause I just started doing them, but watch out, some pretty creepy shit can happen to you when you're out of yer body...from what I hear that is.

Well, there's always that argument that Descrates makes. He says how do we really know if we are awake or asleep? We "think" we do, but we don't. There is nothing there to distinguish sleeping from being awake. And I think that is the feeling you're experiencing.
