I was just reading something on aneroxia and I am pretty sure that I used to be aneroxic. at the time i questioned it but i told myself I couldn't be. I hid that I was only eating half a meal a day from my parents and friends so they had no clue, they knew I was losing weight but I was dealing with acid reflux at the time so it was expected. Since then I have forced myself to start eating again and I am even gaining some weight back, but I don't know if I should tell someone or get help or what. What should I do?

You should eat normally. I'm sure you're NOT fat. Seek help from your friends. They are not going to disown you for having a problem.
