how can i be more confident,as i don't feel very.and when in a club dancing i get shy and i care to much about what people say about me eg that i cant dance and when they laugh at me i stop dancing,how can i get over this.

Stop caring about what people think.
The best bet also is probably not to cure your shyness with alcohol, because you'd end up dependent on it and believe you can't be confident/have a good time without it.

Just forget everybody else is watching and let go and believe in yourself! I'm pretty sure there is a great dancer in you and I'm almost positive there will be people who dance alot worse than you, so you dont need to listen to their comments! Just look around the club at people and see that there not all great dancers, but they are having fun. If they can so can you. Best of luck :)

Try to have more "you" moments. Maybe that'll work. Like if you get to the point where you know yourself well enough, no one will be able to bring you down cause you know who you are and you know your flaws, you wont be scared to laugh at yourself! :)
