I used to drink Silk all the time. It's not as creamy and yummy as reg choco milk. But it's okay, I personally would enjoy reg milk.

My dad drinks soy milk and i have had it before, it tastes alright but it really depends on the brand you get. The Silk brand is pretty good, i like the vanilla flavored one best.

Why does it seem better for you? Because health nuts drink it? Regular milk is just fine for you, as log as it's in moderation and you're not drinking heavy cream.
