Typically the people making the pizza would be making more money and that is why you would get the tips.
No, everyone does everything.
Mainly I waitress, but I go back and make pizzas still, appetizers, I box them up for deliveries and what not.
It's ALLL teamwork, which is why I understand how tips could be split.
Even the people delivering make the same tips as everyone else.

Huh. Sounds like we work at pretty similar places (pizza place, but works similar to an eat-in restaurant)... but, I don't want to go to work. lol. My shift tomorrow is only 2 1/2 hours, but I'd rather not go in.
