like for instance, i have to work with this one kid whose personality makes me mad. it's not even what he DOES...it's just his existance. basically, he walks around with an undeserved sense of accomplishment. he pushes carts for target. he's 23 years old. he's not in college, and probably won't. still, he acts like he's one "cool mofo" he acts like he's slick, knows more than you, and could "whoop your ass" if he wanted to. everything about him is BACKWARDS...and i lack the ability to verbalize it without getting fired. how do i deal with said douchebag?
