I joined the university's boxing club and skipping is a big pert of their routine. (jumping rope to Americans.) Ive never used a skipping rope before, and although I can jump over the rope, Im not doing it properly. I jump up way to much, I lift my legs too high and I just cant do the fucking thing properly. And Im trying not to left my legs u[p so high, but its so fucking hard, and Ive been practicing for ages, and its so fucking hard.
Anyone have any tips?
