she's always getting up in the middle of class and dancing/singing. she laughs and yells really really loud. she annoys you and doesn't stop when you tell her to stop, even when you're being serious.

my friend said that someone told her that this girl had a type of condition, but she forgot the name. i'd really like to know what it is. does anyone know?
