What you said in this topic makes me think that you have depression. If you didn't say that you felt like you needed help I would have started typing that you needed some help.
Do you still live at home with your parents? Do you have a job that's stressing you? Does school give you a hard time? That would be really helpful to know, I mean I'd be able to help you with an even more detailed reply.
Maybe there are people who tell you that you're going through a face? Or people who tell you "cheer up"? All these things can get annoying, if this is the case then you can tell them that those words of "advice" aren't helping much.
You said that you were constantly tired and stressed. Are you having a hard time falling asleep at night?
A couple of options that I would like you to consider are:
1- Seeing a doctor, so you can talk to him/her about your problems and if you want to make sure he/she will keep your problems confidential do so.
2- Calling your friends, maybe you can tell some of your friends or one of your good friends what is going on with you so they can also help you with this.
3-Remember your hobbies and try spending a little more time doing what you love to do. There are so many things to enjoy. Everybody has felt bad in their life; I've gone through something very similar to what you're going through. Keep your chin up! You can do it!
