My life with ocd, adhd, paranoia so far:
Jesus My mind is going more and more insane everyday. It's like every little thing I do, I am poured with crazy insane negative thoughts. When I wake up, a million problems come to mind. When I try to sleep, I keep having a constant urge to go to the toilet. Each time when I turn in my test, sometimes I have to go back and ask my teacher if I have forgotten my name, recheck my answers, or go nuts when I realize I made one mistake. Sometimes when one of my friends ask me to help them cheat a little on their homework, later on my mind tells me, "teacher is going to find out, you are a cheater, your friend is going to blackmail you."
when I eat something my mind might go, "you are going to get fat, the food is contaminated, your kidney is going to die." I just don't know what to do with the thoughts in my head anymore. I try medication, therapy, it doesn't work.
