i was looking on craigslist and found a 2005 audi 3.2 quattro.
since the car is foreign, would it be expensive to fix it?

i think it will be more expensive to fix it. most of the time the parts on a foreign car will cost you more to fix or replace.

Hey Clockwork Orange. euro cars are always expensive to fix anywhere but in Europe. but as the car gets older the parts become more common and therefore cheaper, provided you are happy to have it repaired with not Genuine Audi parts. these are always expensive. your other option is to visit an auto wreckers and try to get hold of some second hand parts. but if there is still a warranty on the car then the only way is genuine parts or void the warranty
