people dont understand, that if you eat irregularly your body will be more likely to GAIN weight, than if you eat more often. If you eat 6 light snaacks a day, it is better for you as it gives your body enough fuel to last all day without digging into energy storage in muscles and fat.
If you eat 2-3 time a days but big meals, and u always eat at different times, your body is more likely to gain weight because of the excess calories obviously, but also because it does not know when its next meal will be.
Eating regularly is GOOD for you.
