Your graphics and your computer hold different amounts of ram... so you can only have 512 left for your graphics but anything else goes with the 765... like, it's the way it's divided up.

Its not a mistake, its not rounded, and its not mislabeled. Its Virtual Memory added to your Physical Video Card Memory. The computer allows computer memory to be used as video memory, and this is added to your 512MB graphics card. Virtual memory is a computer system technique which gives an application program the impression that it has contiguous working memory, while in fact it may be physically fragmented and may even overflow on to disk storage.
