The sticky clearly states:

Harassment of a member is when one member, or a group of members, consistently and repeatedly aims malicious, offensive, and insulting posts towards one member in specific.

Every single time Yankee comes back, he specifically attacks me with numerous personal insults. Just today he posted three times calling me a compulsive liar. The last time he came back he insulted me from everything from idiot to things that really shouldn't be repeated in pleasant company.  He got warned numerous times last time and still hasn't learned. By the rules stated by the mods, Yank should be banned.

Since he recently came back, 10 of his 12 posts were directly attacking me, most if not all including personal insults. That is deliberate, specific and repeative malicious intent against one person.

I've never attacked you personally, I've only attacked your insane arguments and your compulsive lies.

More evidence. Of the 20 posts he has made today, only 5 haven't been directed at me/don't include personal insults.

That's pretty damning evidence under the rules set by the Mods.

Let me explain to you why he isn't getting BANNED.

Livewire's moderation tends to give members a chance to correct their behavior before formal warnings are given.  The general idea is giving "due process"--- Informal>Formal>Ban.  Just because you don't think that action has been taken doesn't mean that it hasn't.  If the same behavior continues for the same offense, then a formal is issued.  If the same behavior persists AFTER the formal, then THAT is when a denial of service suggestion can be reasonably brought up.
