does anyone know a free, downloadable programme i can use to like shorten songs down. So say i had a song on my phone but i wanted it to play a certain bit when it rang, is there any programme that will let me do this?

I only use it when I'm at home, though, because it's so limited. When I'm at school, I use ProTools, Cubase and Peak Pro.
