Personally I think that he likes you. If you feel the same I would suggest contacting him asap. He may be waiting for you to call whilst you are waiting for him to call and you both may give off the wrong idea and spoil a potential relationship and friendship. And for all those people saying that he just wants to "bang" you I believe he doesn't, if he did he would have taken advantage of your previous situation in your hotel room. Goodluck.
