So I have a pounding headache and cramps so bad it hurts to stand up....and then she starts puking...

she can't keep anything down but she needs to keep hydrated.

I've tried calling my mom's cell phone, i've called her work, i've called my grandma and no one will pick up the phones!

i'm starting to panic and she is complaining she is hungry.

right now she is taking a nap but i don't know what to do when she wakes up.
She is thirsty and hungry i've tried giving her water and bread and she can't keep it down.

i feel so bad....poor girl. =[

i'm kinda scared.
