I tried to log into the page to check out benefits, but it is refusing to let me on. It says something about enabling cookies? I think mine are enabled, but how do I check? I know the username and password are correct since I got them today, printed on card! It says to call a helpline but its an 0800 number and i'll be damned if i'm spending money to save money.
Any help appreciated! x

Hmmm. All of my siblings used to work at Star bucks, but I've never heard of this. Maybe ask your boss, or someone else that you work with.

Isn't 0800 a free number? It shouldn't cost you.
If you have a computer at work, try asking your boss if you can use that computer to fill out your benefits information.
