I tried to log into the page to check out benefits, but it is refusing to let me on. It says something about enabling cookies? I think mine are enabled, but how do I check?
I know the username and password are correct since I got them today, printed on card! It says to call a helpline but its an 0800 number and i'll be damned if i'm spending money to save money.

Any help appreciated!

Hmmm. All of my siblings used to work at Star bucks, but I've never heard of this. Maybe ask your boss, or someone else that you work with.

Isn't  0800 a free number? It shouldn't cost you.

If you have a computer at work, try asking your boss if you can use that computer to fill out your benefits information.
