Rape has nothing to do with whether someone "likes it" or not.

The first time wasn't rape, as it was consensual.
The second time is a bit more ambiguous and probably wasn't rape, you were awake and never said anything, and that was proven with the reach around.

It wouldn't stand up well in court.

Well the fact that someone likes it means they won't stop it. Plus the other guy thought as they had sex once then the other person was okay with more sex. I don't mean that just cause someone gets turned on by whats happening that it isn't rape. I mean that as there was no fighting off, and he reacted as if he liked it then no it isn't rape.
